1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the Sidq Advisors website and services. By using the site, contacting us, or submitting an enquiry, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What we do
We provide independent advisory guidance on State Life's investment and savings plans. We are advisors and facilitators: we do not underwrite insurance or issue plans ourselves.
Any plan you take out is a contract between you and State Life. We help you compare, understand and arrange it.
3. The nature of our advice
Our guidance is general and intended to help you make an informed decision. It is not a substitute for the specific terms of a State Life plan, which always take precedence.
Final decisions are yours, and the responsibility for the plan you choose rests with you and State Life.
4. Plan information and third parties
Plan details, illustrations and figures come from State Life. We share and explain them in good faith, but we cannot guarantee every detail, and you should read the plan documents and carry out your own due diligence before committing.
We are not responsible for the acts, omissions or content of third parties you deal with.
5. Consultation and fees
The first consultation is free and carries no obligation. We are paid a standard commission by the insurer when a plan is issued — the same price you would pay going direct.
We will always be clear with you about how we are paid.
6. Your submissions
When you send us an enquiry, you confirm the information is accurate, lawful and yours to share. We may decline or remove content that is misleading, unlawful or otherwise inappropriate.
7. Intellectual property
The content, design and branding of this website belong to Sidq Advisors unless stated otherwise. Please do not copy or reuse it without our permission.
8. Limitation of liability
We take care to provide accurate guidance, but we provide the site and our services on a reasonable-efforts basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from decisions you make or from your dealings with a third-party provider.
9. Changes
We may update our services or these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date below and post the current version here.
