These terms apply to your use of the Sidq Advisors website and services. By using the site, contacting us, or submitting an enquiry or listing, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We provide advisory guidance across two chapters — insurance and property — and we operate a marketplace of property listings. We are advisors and facilitators: we do not underwrite insurance, and we do not own the properties listed on the site.

Any policy or property transaction is a contract between you and the provider you choose. We help you compare, understand and arrange it.

Our guidance is general and intended to help you make an informed decision. It is not a substitute for the specific terms of an insurance policy or a property contract, which always take precedence.

Final decisions are yours, and the responsibility for the cover or property you choose rests with you and the provider.

Property listings and insurer information come from owners, developers and partners. We verify listings in good faith before they go live, but we cannot guarantee every detail, and you should carry out your own due diligence before committing.

We are not responsible for the acts, omissions or content of third parties you deal with.

The first consultation is free and carries no obligation. For insurance, we are paid a standard commission by the insurer when you take a policy — the same price you would pay going direct. For property, listing is free and we earn a success fee only when a sale or rental completes.

We will always be clear with you about how we are paid.

When you send us an enquiry or submit a property listing, you confirm the information is accurate, lawful and yours to share. We may decline or remove content that is misleading, unlawful or otherwise inappropriate.

The content, design and branding of this website belong to Sidq Advisors unless stated otherwise. Please do not copy or reuse it without our permission.

We take care to provide accurate guidance and verified listings, but we provide the site and our services on a reasonable-efforts basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from decisions you make or from your dealings with a third-party provider.

We may update our services or these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date below and post the current version here.
