What happened

Fintech Oraan — known for digitizing women's savings committees — partnered with State Life to promote Sinf-e-Ahaan, a cancer protection plan designed exclusively for Pakistani women.

The plan offers cashless health insurance with premiums starting around Rs 200 and cover up to Rs 200,000, usable at more than 1,200 empaneled hospitals, supported by a three-tier gatekeeping system and a modern health-data platform. Oraan CEO Halima Iqbal and State Life CEO Shoaib Javed Hussain led the announcement.

The gap this plan addresses

Pakistan records over 90,000 cancer diagnoses among women every year, and roughly half of resulting deaths are linked to late detection and financial barriers to treatment. A low-premium, cashless product attacks the financial barrier directly — and pairing it with Oraan meets women inside a savings habit they already trust.

The Sidq Advisors take

We think every household should know this plan exists. At a premium many families spend on a single meal, it puts a Rs 200,000 safety net under a risk nobody likes to discuss.

If you'd like to arrange Sinf-e-Ahaan for yourself, your wife, mother or daughters — or simply understand what it does and doesn't cover — we'll walk you through it without jargon, and with complete privacy.

Frequently asked questions

Who can take the Sinf-e-Ahaan plan?

It is designed exclusively for women in Pakistan; we can confirm current eligibility criteria and enrollment steps for you.

What do I get for the premium?

Cashless cancer-related health cover of up to Rs 200,000 at 1,200+ empaneled hospitals, per plan terms.

Why is early detection emphasized so much?

Because outcomes and costs are dramatically better when cancer is found early — which is also why we encourage regular screening alongside any cover.
